Alyssa thrives on bringing her supporters’ banger after banger and hit after hit. She entertains us and anytime we ask for anything specific in her videos, she has always shown that love we desire. Remember how demanding we were when suggesting she give us merch to buy? She did that too, and in absolute style may I add. A lot of supporters went to the shop and bought Alyssa Howard merch, but we want to know is what they actually think about it.
Hearing from customers makes products better
After an exciting launch this summer, the first to support bought themselves some of that fire Alyssa Howard merch to show their love. Although the launch was an absolute hit and all the merch sold out quickly, there were only a few posts on Instagram. The first supporters weren’t providing the necessary feedback on all the products they purchased. Did they even like it, hate it, or absolutely love it, who really knows if they don’t post and provide us the feedback we need? After some patience and plenty of discussions, Alyssa and her team decided to reach out to a couple of the first to purchase her merch and get some much-desired feedback.

It took a little bit of time and coordination, but the team was finally able to set up phone calls with supporters who made purchases. Doing this allowed the team to receive direct feedback from a couple of supporters who purchased Alyssa Howard merch. When creating her logos, Alyssa was always torn between the flashier “Curly Girl” and the bold yet sleek “AH” logo. Battling this internal conflict, her father suggested she keep both to show off her flexibility as a creator. This moment in history was the catalyst to all things “AH” to include Chloe’s purchase; which Alyssa was very excited to hear her feedback on. After some back and forth, Alyssa’s team was able to get on the phone with Chloe and discuss her new “AH” Hoodie (Black/White). Chloe, a high school sophomore from Jefferson City, Missouri shows her support and had plenty to say about Alyssa Howard merch.
1. How long have you been following Alyssa?
Team Manager: So, about how long have you been watching Alyssa?
Chloe: I’ve been following Alyssa since when she had her old YouTube channel. So, maybe a couple years now.
Team Manager: Oh, the good ol’ days (laughing)! Yes, I recall the original channel. She had some technical difficulties with Google and had to create a new channel. Alyssa has come a long way since then. On behalf of the team, we’re glad to have your support throughout the years.
2. Have you ever purchased merch from another YouTuber or Celebrity?
Team Manager: So, following Alyssa all these years has prompted you to buy Alyssa Howard merch. Have you ever purchased from another YouTuber or Celebrity before?
Chloe: Not really. I went to a concert when I was younger and bought a T-shirt if that counts.
Team Manager: Sure, I’d say that counts for something. Were you happy with the shirt price, quality (material, fabric, etc.)?
Chloe: I’d have to say I was happy. My dad bought me the shirt so I’m not sure of the price. The quality was pretty good. I still wear it around the house (laughing).
Team Manager: Gotcha. I have shirts like that myself as well. They seem to get softer and more comfortable with time.
3. What did you like about your purchase?
Team Manager: Our records show you purchased a hoodie. Which hoodie did you pick and why?
Chloe: So, it was a birthday gift from my mom, so I didn’t personally pick it out myself. I love my hoodie and I would’ve selected the same one myself anyway. My mom knows me.
Team Manager: We’re so pleased to hear you’re loving your hoodie. Can you tell me what you love so much about it?
Chloe: The style and design is exactly what I like, and my mom knew that. I appreciate a minimalist look and the “AH” looks so fire. When I’m at school I get compliments all the time.
Team Manager: Dope! Don’t tell Alyssa, but the “AH” hoodie is my favorite. I have one in every color.
4. If you could change anything, what would you change?
Team Manager: Ok. We know you love your merch, but nothing is perfect. If you could change anything about the “AH” Hoodie, what would it be?
Chloe: Honestly, more colors. The hoodie itself is everything to me and supporting my favorite YouTuber is cool enough, but I would like to see more color options.
Team Manager: I can see that. Currently, Alyssa is testing some new fabrics, styles, products, and colors with intention of providing a vast array of products in many different colors in the future, but it’s a process. She wants to ensure everyone is happy with what they get and she’ll never stop until she’s able to please her supporters.
Chloe: That’s awesome! Like what kind of products are you talking about?
Team Manager: I can’t say right now, but I promise, you won’t be disappointed.
5. Would you buy merch from Alyssa again?
Team Manager: I’m extremely happy we had the opportunity to speak, and I have just one last question. Would you buy Alyssa Howard merch again?
Chloe: Definitely! I love the merch but most importantly, I love Alyssa and wish her all the success in the world.

Shay – Ridgefield, NJ
Unable to contact both supporters on the phone in one evening, Alyssa’s team had the opportunity to speak with Shay the following morning. Shay, a freshman in college from Ridgefield Park, NJ purchased the signature “Alyssa Howard” Crew Neck in pink and a Small “Curly Girl” T-Shirt. This order was different than the others and Alyssa’s team was very interested in hearing what Shay had to say. Let’s see how the phone call went…
1. How long have you been following Alyssa?
Team Manager: Good morning, Shay. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us.
Chloe: It’s no problem, I don’t have class until this afternoon, and this must be one of the best ways to start any day.
Team Manager: I’d have to agree, this is a good way to start my day too. So, how long would you say you’ve been following Alyssa?
Chloe: I haven’t been following too long; maybe six months at the most.
Team Manager: That’s cool! On behalf of Alyssa and the team, “welcome to the community”. I hope you’re enjoying the content so far and you continue to watch in the future.
Chloe: Alyssa is down-to-earth, pretty, smart, and not to mention absolutely hilarious.
Team Manager: I can’t say you’re wrong, Chloe. I’m lucky to work with her.

Team Manager: So, back to merch (laughing). Have you ever purchased merch from another YouTuber or maybe a celebrity before this purchase?
Chloe: No, not that I can remember.
Team Manager: Not even like from a concert, comedy show, or anything?
Chloe: Nope. I guess this is my first celebrity purchase.

Team Manager: With Alyssa being the first, I’m assuming there were pretty high expectations. But before we get into that, I need to ask you something a little off script.
Chloe: What’s that?
Team Manager: Your order shows you bought two items. The “Alyssa Howard” Crew Neck was a size large, but the Small “Curly Girl” T-Shirt was a size small. Care to explain?
Chloe: Ohhhh, yea. The crew neck is mine and the t-shirt was for my little sister. She’s in middle school now and she’s the reason I follow Alyssa now.

Chloe: Yea. When I was home in the summer, she was on my iPad and somehow got to her videos. Her video caught my attention and before I knew it, I was hooked too.
Team Manager: I get it, I get it. Now, it makes sense why you’ve just started following six months ago.
4. If you could change anything, what would you change?
Team Manager: So, now you and your sister have been able to enjoy your merch, is there anything you wish was different or you’d change?
Chloe: Honestly, no. I mean, the quality and design is perfect and I’m able to represent Alyssa. I’d have to so, no.

Successful feedback about Alyssa Howard Merch
Requesting feedback from her customers was one of the smartest ideas Alyssa has produced to date as she continues to bring her supporters everything they could want and desire. Her humility mixed with her giving nature has provided supporters a personal touch most celebrities can’t provide. The success of this experiment has led her to see the importance of reaching out and getting feedback from the community. There are rumors of Alyssa setting up a text message system for her supporters as well as a phone service where supporters would speak to her team.
